(1) Technical work in coordination with concerned agencies regarding bird flu prevention and control; The Department will have Bird Flu Control Coordinating Committee as follows:- (A) Director General, Department - Coordinator (B) Deputy Director General, Department - Member (C) 8 Deputy Director General, Health Services Department - Member (D) - Deputy Director General, National Parks and Wildlife Protection Department - Member (e) - Head, Central Animal Disease Investigation - Member Laboratory (f) Head, National Public Health Laboratory - Member (g) Head, Epidemiology and Disease Control Division, Department of Health Services " Member
(h) Senior Veterinarian, Animal Health - Member Division, Ministry of Health (i) Chief, Veterinary Epidemiology Branch, - Member Department
(h) Representative (at least Deputy Secretary level), National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management” Key Authority
(k) Head, Animal Disease Investigation and Management Branch, Department - Member - Secretary
(2) The meeting of the Committee shall be held as necessary on the date, time and place to be determined by the Coordinator in case of occurrence or suspicion of occurrence of bird flu.
(3) The committee may invite the representative of the subject body of the relevant field or the subject matter expert to the meeting of the committee as required.
(4) The Secretariat of the Committee shall be in the Department.
